Check that the alarm's toggle is on, that Wakeify has alarm permission in iOS Settings, that Wakeify is allowed in your sleep Focus, and that the ringer volume is up, because alarms use ringer volume, not media volume. Re-saving the alarm fixes most one-off oddities.
